Your use of the AI generation feature is subject to a fair-use policy:

• Each user is allowed up to 3 AI transformations per calendar day.
• "User" means a unique person identified by session, browser, or account where applicable.
• Excess use may result in temporary restriction or suspension of access. We reserve the right to adjust these limits.

5. User Responsibilities

• Only upload photos that you have the right to use and that do not violate third-party rights.
